Activa Softech allows running of the programs on a continuous basis in the background. These are compulsory and extra money will be charged based on the usage of the resources and operational maintenance.

• Half of the payment has to be made in advance and remaining balance has to be at the time of installation.
• Cheques/Drafts should be addressed to "Activa Softech Ltd." payable at New Delhi.
• In case of any payment delay, the customer is liable to pay an additional interest@ of 3 per cent per month for the delayed period on outstanding amount.
• The software designed by Activa Softech is compatible to general hardware and software available in the market. In case of any additional software or hardware is required, it will be estimated to the customer and will have to be procured by him at his own expenditure.
• Activa Softech disclaims all and any liability with consequential damages or loss arising out of the usage of products offered.
• Customer is bound by the terms of software license agreement that comes into force on the installation of the software.
• Activa Softech reserves all rights with respect to alterations and modifications of the software, services and to market the software potential buyers in future.
